Check-in is at 14:00, and check-out is at 12:00. This is the time when Grandpa prepares to welcome new friends and say goodbye to the old ones. Grandpa created this place to relax from the modern world and enjoy the present moment.
Mobile Connection and Internet
At Grandpa's estate, mobile operators Lifecell and Vodafone work, and there is Wi-Fi in the dining area. So, dear guests will always be able to stay in touch with their loved ones if needed.
Food You Don’t Have to Cook Yourself
In Grandpa's cozy cottages and huts, there is no separate kitchen. Guests can pre-order delicious Ukrainian homemade food, prepared by Grandpa's magical helpers. Or they can cook something tasty themselves using the grills on the premises.
Grill Parties
The grills on the eco-estate premises are included in the accommodation price. Light the fire, cook your favorite dishes, and enjoy the taste while being surrounded by greenery and flowers, amidst incredible nature and fresh forest air. The atmosphere here will make the food even tastier and give you unforgettable emotions.
Property Safety and Compensation
Grandpa is always very hospitable. If misunderstandings arise, any issue has a solution and can be compensated. Remember - here, you are always the best and most welcome guest.
Friendliness and Mutual Respect
To maintain an atmosphere of peace and harmony it's important to respect one another and adhere to the internal rules. Polite behavior towards everyone on the premises is also important. Your Friendly Grandpa strives to create a kind and easy atmosphere for all guests and friends of this extraordinary place. The estate flourishes when it feels warmth and respect filling everything around.
Electrical Appliances and Voltage
It's important to use electrical appliances correctly and carefully, in order to comply with all necessary electrical safety standards and maintain a safe atmosphere. Grandpa kindly asks that large and energy-intensive appliances (e.g., a slow cooker) be left at home and not used on the premises to avoid overloading the network and to maintain comfortable conditions for all guests. A shared electric kettle is available on the premises if guests wish to brew coffee or tea themselves or heat water for feeding a baby.
Nighttime Peace and Quiet
Your Grandpa is of a venerable age, so he goes to bed at 23:00. To ensure the peace and full rest of all estate guests, quiet hours are observed from 23:00.
Booking
Once the booking process begins for a cottage at the eco-estate “In the Village with Grandpa” - we have become true friends. Your Grandpa and his assistants will take care of everything, because now we are all like one family - guests of the estate should feel carefree and relax. In the Summer period, you can book a cottage or house starting from 2 nights, and in the Winter period - from 1 night.
Payment
Grandpa always meets his guests halfway, so you need to pay the cost of the cottage for the first night only, and upon arrival, pay the rest, provided that the booking was made for more than 1 night. The fee is charged for each day at the estate, regardless of the arrival time.
Flexibility and Cancellation
Grandpa will refund the money, if your stay is planned a week or more in advance. After all, the estate always has many who wish to enjoy their time here and get unforgettable emotions.
